Licensing
Creators can publish their own Strataugury™ material using the Strataugury™ Third-Party License. As a part of this book, the Strataugury™ Third-Party License will always be published and available for creators to rely on.
Strataugury™ Third-Party License Version 1.0
1. Terms. If you adhere to these terms, you may publish third-party material stating compatibility with Strataugury™ for free or for sale and keep 100% of the profits.
2. Content. You may freely use and reference the general concepts of Strataugury™, such as the rules and game mechanics. You may use the names of the game's Units, Spells, items, and locations. You may not use the game's art. You may not print verbatim passages of text (no matter the length) from the game.
3. Logos and Branding. You may use the “Designed for use with Strataugury™” logos from the Creator Kit, although it is not required to use the logos. You may use the term Strataugury™ in reference to compatibility (stating, for example, “This single-Player campaign is compatible with Strataugury™” or another similar phrase). You may not use Mysterial Entertainment logo or Strataugury™ logo under any circumstances. You may not imply that your publication is an official Mysterial Entertainment, LLC or Strataugury™ product or that you or your publication are affiliated or associated with or approved, sponsored, or endorsed by Mysterial Entertainment, LLC or Strataugury™.
4. Legal. Mysterial Entertainment, LLC takes no responsibility for any legal claims against your product and will not be liable to you on any legal theory (including, without limitation, negligence) or otherwise for any losses, costs, expenses, or damages arising out of this license or use of the licensed material.
This license shall be governed by, and interpreted and construed in accordance with, the domestic law of the State of New Mexico without giving effect to any choice of law provision or rule that would cause the application of laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of New Mexico. The exclusive venue for any dispute related to this license shall be the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico. You irrevocably consent to the exercise of personal jurisdiction over you by the state courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, and federal courts located in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Unless stated otherwise herein, copyright rights and moral rights,
such as the right of integrity, are not licensed under this license, nor are publicity, privacy, and/or other similar personality rights. Patent and trademark rights are not licensed under this license. Mysterial Entertainment, LLC reserves all rights not expressly granted herein. If any provision of this license is deemed unenforceable, it shall be automatically reformed to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable or, if not reformable, severed from this license without affecting the enforceability of the remaining provisions. Nothing in this license is a limitation upon, or waiver of, any privileges and immunities that apply to Mysterial Entertainment, LLC, including from the legal
processes of any jurisdiction or authority. You must include the following in your publication: "[Product Name] is an independent product published under the Strataugury™ Third-
